Customer Service Employment

Customer Service Position has a full time opening for a Customer Service Representative. Duties will include answering and directing phone calls, handling returned mail, lienholder verification, scanning, updating customer files, processing customer payments and endorsements, and miscellaneous general office duties.

Potential candidates for this position must meet the following requirements:

• Successful completion of a high school curriculum or GED

• One year customer service experience in a non-standard insurance agency

• Knowledge of internet, and strong oral and written communication skills.

• Must be over the age of 18

• Successful candidate will need to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Bilingual Skills (English/Spanish) are preferred

• Must be able to multi-task

• Must be able to effectively handle a multi-line phone system

• Must be punctual and have good time management skills
