Accounting Department:

  • Accounting Specialist - Responsibilities include daily functions of the Accounting Department, which includes deposit preparation, bank reconciliation and

  • Data Entry - Responsibilities include data entry into the company database primarily of applications and commission statements.

Admin Support Department: There are many varied positions in the Admin Support Department, such as:

  • Admin Support Lead -  Responsibilities include assisting the  Admin Support Manager in the daily running of the department.
  • Clerical Support-Administration - Responsibilities include filling supply and form orders and providing administrative support to all departments.
  • File Clerk - Responsibilities include filing, faxing, copying, maintaining the agency’s filing system, scanning and some computer work.
  • Mail Clerk - Responsibilities include processing and sorting incoming mail and packaging outgoing mail.
  • Receptionist - Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, taking messages as necessary, and greeting and servicing Customers. Some computer work involved.

Customer Service Department: In our Customer Service Department, we concentrate on one main goal: servicing the Customer to the best of our abilities. In our Customer Service Department, we have:

  • Customer Service Lead  - responsibilities include servicing Customer Service calls and providing support and assistance to the employees in the Customer Service area
  • Customer Service Representatives - responsibilities include servicing Customer Service calls using specific written guidelines, assisting with complicated Customer accounts, and providing quotes to current policyholders
  • Customer Service Clerk - responsibilities include servicing Customer Service calls using specific written guidelines

New Business Department:

  • Agency Underwriter—Responsibilities include auditing all new insurance applications to ensure accuracy as well as daily contact with our agents (both verbal and written) regarding application follow-up.

Policy Services Department: In our Policy Services Department we concentrate on servicing the customer's policy behind the scenes and verifying the accuracy of the policy.  There are many varied positions in the Policy Services Department, such as:

  • Cancellation Clerk - A data entry position with responsibilities that include updating the company database.
  • Correspondence Representative - Responsibilities include involvement with most correspondence items, including creating letters and responding to carrier's requests.

  • Endorsement Underwriter - Responsibilities include auditing all endorsements to policies to ensure accuracy.

  • Policy Status Clerk - Responsibilities include data entry of customer's policy status, as well as endorsement requests.

  • Scan Clerk - Responsibilities include scanning all company paperwork and attaching the information to the company database.

Both of the above Departments are located in our Corporate office. In addition, we also have Office Coordinator positions available in many of our satellite offices. The Office Coordinator is responsible for coordinating reception, Customer Service, and Producer functions in a Sales office.
